Good trade on my end money wise and the company didn’t care and my user was helped out.So apparently the way windows extends displays is different than how a Mac does it and my Mac only sees one display input, thereby still only allowing me to mirror my screen.My Dell laptop has another issue where the dock simply isn’t providing enough juice to the keyboard and it locks up my lighting effects.

Support tried to tell me for half an hour that this specific server wasn't configured with a RAID controller. Sour taste in my mouth because I liked and relied on them.Called Dell business support because on one of the servers we ordered, the RAID controller wasn't detecting the HDDs. There are other enterprise vendors and Dells model has broken. Dells days are drawing to a close I think. "Let me check with my engineer!" uh huh.bathroom break.Then on an issue I had I got SOOOO angered I told the dude.look I'll send an email Im not wasting another hour on hold while you figure out what I am asking you!!!! So an exchange took place because I knew this dude parked me on hold for like an hour.so I emailed Dells management and told them this dude was beyond unprofessional and leaving a customer on hold over an hour is insane! We shortly switched to HP after that. Expect being put on hold for long periods of time.
It's almost like they're using whatever they have laying around in the warehouse. But it's not like they changed the packaging five times, the adapters sometimes come in small boxes, sometimes in large boxes, sometimes in small bags, than a large box again, then a large bag, small bos, ziplock bag and so on. We order a DP > DVI adapter with every workstation we get from Dell (about 30 or so a month, since we mostly build the systems ourself) and I shit you not that adapter as of now came in 5 different kinds of packaging. No, acoording to this hotline operator, the server had no RAID controller on board lol.Every time I have to call their support it's always shit like that. Also never mind that I'm in the RAID menu of ther server which is supposed to have "no RAID controller".
